In preparing my eldest daughter for the 11+ a teacher gave me sound advice: “Make sure she only practices what she’s bad at. There’s no point repeating what she already knows.”. After a few mock tests we knew what to focus on but the resources help focus on this subset of the syllabus did not exist in the correct format. Using python I developed a random question generator to produce tests either in a specific troublesome area or a random collection of all the troublesome areas at once.
